Safe Horizon Inks 20K-SF Lease in Brooklyn 

Safe Horizond has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease at Brooklyn’s Pioneer Building. As the largest victim services nonprofit in the U.S., Safe Horizon’s new space will enhance its support for over 250,000 survivors annually. 

The 10-story, 269,530-square-foot office building has gone through recent upgrades, including a revamped lobby, façade, rooftop, and windows. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Kroeger and Frank Liantonio represented the tenant in the transaction. “The property’s strategic location offers an ideal environment to foster collaboration and accommodate the organization’s needs to serve the neighborhood,” said Kroeger.
