New Rochelle Residential Tower Commences Leasing 

Encore, a 28-story residential tower by Cappelli Development Company in downtown New Rochelle, has commenced leasing.  

Monthly rents of the 241 apartments start at $1,910 for studios, $2,540 for 1-bedroom units, and $4,250 for 2-bedroom spaces. Its amenities include a health club, indoor/outdoor pool, sports simulator, and various entertainment spots like a mini bowling alley and ping pong lounge.  

Services encompass 24/7 concierge, parking with electric vehicle charging, and exclusive Tesla vehicle access. With a pet spa, bike storage, and proximity to New Rochelle’s Train Station.
