Chad Tredway Rejoins J.P. Morgan as Head of Asset Management

Chad Tredway is making a return to J.P. Morgan as the incoming head of real estate Americas within J.P. Morgan Asset Management. His rejoining follows the announcement of Mike Kelly’s retirement earlier this year, after his three-decade tenure in the industry.

Upon his return, Tredway will oversee Real Estate Americas, bringing with him the Trio Investment Group, an institutional sale-leaseback property investment firm managing assets worth $250 million. J.P. Morgan intends to merge Trio into Real Estate Americas, broadening its portfolio capabilities under Tredway’s guidance.

“From his previous time at J.P. Morgan and his presence in the industry, we know Chad to be a visionary leader who brings a powerful combination of real estate expertise and leadership experience,” said Anton Pil, head of Global Alternatives for J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
