JSC Realty Buys BK Development Site 

JSC Realty has acquired 540 Atlantic Ave., a development site in Brooklyn’s Boerum Hill from DMA Associates for $38.5 million.  

The site, currently housing a five-story office building, allows for a 154-unit mixed-use development with 113,000 buildable square feet.  

The sale was arranged by a JLL Capital Markets team led by Stephen Palmese and Brendan Maddigan, Michael Mazzara, Ethan Stanton and Winfield Clifford.
