Worcester Seniors Community Lands $35M  

UW Senior, LLC, in partnership with The United Group of Companies, has secured a $35 million financing for the construction of The Arbella at Bramble Hill, a forthcoming 123-unit active adult seniors community in Worcester, Massachusetts.  

Comprising three elevator-serviced buildings, this development will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments alongside an 8,500-square-foot clubhouse.  

JLL worked on behalf of the borrower to secure the loan from Washington Trust.
