Alexandria Manufactured Housing Community Secures Refi 

Hometown America has secured a refinancing of Audubon Estates, a 700-site manufactured housing community near Washington, D.C. in Alexandria, Virginia.  

Located at 7930 Audubon Ave, the property has maintained full occupancy for the past 20 years and offers amenities including a basketball court, transit access, picnic areas, playgrounds, and RV/boat storage. 

JLL arranged the seven-year, fixed-rate loan through Freddie Mac with a team led by Zach Koucos, Chris Collins, and Bharat Madan. “This transaction demonstrates the continued liquidity within the capital markets for quality manufactured housing communities and top-tier sponsors,” said Koucos.
