Creative Agency Relocates to Flatiron District With 13K-SF Lease 

M&C Saatchi Group has signed a new 10-year lease for the entire ninth floor, covering 13,000 square feet at 16 West 22nd St in the Flatiron District.  

The London-based creative agency, currently at 88 Pine St., plans to move in January 2024, utilizing the space for general and executive offices. GFP Real Estate manages the property. 

Constructed in 1910 by architect William Harvey Birkmire, 16 West 22nd Street is a 12-story, 165,000-square-foot neo-Renaissance store and loft building. Barbara Yagoda of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, while Colliers International’s Michael Thomas and Aiden Campbell represented the tenant.
