Lang Partners looking to build 373-units in Richardson

Richardson Apartment Builder to Add Units

The Richardson City Plan Commission okayed an updated plan for a mixed-use development in Richardson. The original plan called for 299 units near the intersection of West Spring Valley Road and S. Sherman Street. Community Impact reports the developer, Brandon Hancock with Lang Partners, didn’t think the old project would work with that number of units, so he came back with the latest proposal.

The new development plan for the complex near the Spring Valley Dallas Area Rapid Transit Station includes 373 apartments in a five-story building, three live and work units, a five-story parking garage, and 900 square feet of coworking space. The zoning case is scheduled to be considered by Richardson City Council during the Dec. 11 meeting.
