Salesforce Tower Chicago Makes Its Debut, Company Commits $1.25M in Grants
Salesforce Inc. celebrated the grand opening today for its new downtown Chicago office building — Salesforce Tower Chicago — a 60-story, 1.2 million-square-foot building at 333 W. Wolf Point Plaza. The San Francisco-based software company is the anchor tenant, occupying 360,000 square feet.

The new tower is the third phase of the Wolf Point development, which includes two high-rise residential buildings by Houston-based developer Hines, including 700 apartments at Wolf Point East and 500 apartments at Wolf Point West.
In addition to the building’s grand opening, Salesforce announced $1.25 million in grants to help support Chicago and Illinois communities. Recipients include:
- CASEL: A nonprofit headquartered in Chicago that makes evidence-based social and emotional learning an integral part of pre-K through high school education.
- Peer Health Exchange: A nonprofit that delivers mental health education workshops and digital health solutions for middle and high school students in Chicago and other communities.

The building’s top two floors are dedicated ‘Ohana Floors — spaces for the company’s employees and their guests to enjoy. The floors are also available for local nonprofits to host fundraising events, and to date, Salesforce’s ‘Ohana Floors have helped raise more than $108 million for communities.
