San Diego Gas & Electric Leases Storage Yard

Colliers finalized a lease of a 3.9-acre storage yard in the central San Diego submarket of Miramar. Located at 9225-9285 Dowdy Dr. in San Diego, the property comprises 169,884 square feet and a 6,345-square-foot structure onsite. The terms of the lease are undisclosed.

San Diego industrial specialists Evan McDonald and Tucker Hohenstein represented the landlord, Lincoln Property Group, in marketing and leasing the property. The new tenant, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, was represented by Matt Weaver and Dan Gaston of Lee & Associates.

“This property offers flexibility in tenant utilization in a rare, uniquely centralized location with immediate access to all major highways,” said McDonald. “We executed a successful outcome for our clients, and this deal speaks to the continued demand for yard space in the central San Diego infill markets.”
