Fintech GTN Inks Space at 32 Old Slip in FiDi 

Fintech firm GTN has sealed a five-year lease at RXR’s 32 Old Slip, marking their first venture in NYC with 3,304 square feet on the 32nd floor at $66 per square foot.  

Located steps from Wall Street, 32 Old Slip offers contemporary office space in the Financial District, boasting upgraded layouts, high-speed elevators, a 104-spot parking garage, and panoramic views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge. The area hosts leading firms in finance, law, healthcare, and media, with access to multiple subway lines, ferries, and the Manhattan Heliport. 

RXR’s Dan Birney, Alexandra Budd, and CBRE’s Ryan Alexander, Zac Price, Alex Benisatto, and Justin Greenstone facilitated the deal. Tenant representatives were Andrew Coe and Margaux Kelleher of JLL.
