600 Lexington Avenue Adds Three New Leases 

Cushman & Wakefield secured three long-term leases at 600 Lexington Avenue in the Plaza District. Hollyport Capital leased the entire 27th floor (6,780 square feet), while Wingspire Capital and Meridian Compensation Partners took parts of the 14th (4,144 square feet) and 4th floors (4,407 square feet), respectively. 

The landlord, Lex NY Equities LLC, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s team, led by Harry F. Blair, Connor Daugstrup, and Bianca DiMauro. Cresa’s Gregg Cohen and Nicholas B. Markel arranged the lease on behalf of Meridian Compensation Partners. The other two tenants were represented by Newmark and Savills. 

The building boasts amenities including a 24-hour fitness facility, a forthcoming tenant lounge with a golf simulator, and a conferencing center.
