Interra Realty recently facilitated the sale of a mixed-use property in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood for $3.45 million. The sale was brokered by Joe Smazal, senior managing partner, on behalf of a local private seller.

At the time of the sale, all residential units in the building were occupied, while the commercial space remained vacant. The Southport property features one one-bedroom, four two-bedroom, and one three-bedroom unit. The coach house includes one one-bedroom unit and one two-bedroom unit.

Additionally, a 4,600-square-foot ground-floor retail unit offers exposure along both Southport and George, where an outdoor dining area is located. The property has convenient access to various dining, shopping, and entertainment options along Ashland, Southport, and Lincoln avenues. The property is also served by the CTA’s Wellington Brown Line station and multiple CTA bus routes, further enhancing its accessibility.
