TruAmerica Multifamily’s Bob Hart Launches Communities-Focused Podcast
“Every cycle is different… and this one is definitely going to be different than the ones that we’ve been through before.” That’s Bill Lindsay, founding partner & managing partner of PCCP and the leader of PCCP’s equity business, in conversation with Bob Hart, CEO, president and founder of TruAmerica Multifamily. In Lindsay’s case, he estimates that he’s been through six cycles by now.
Hart’s conversation with Lindsay marks the launch of a new monthly podcast series, Building Better Communities with Bob Hart. In the premiere installment of the podcast, longtime industry colleagues Hart and Lindsay discuss the changing landscape in the commercial real estate market, how the business is evolving, civic responsibility and the importance of voting and building a better community, among other topics.
The primary focus of the Building Better Communities with Bob Hart podcast will be to discuss how Hart and the business community can improve communities through ideas, actions, communication and business protocol. Each episode will feature prominent leaders from business, the community or philanthropic organizations.
