Greystar, Partners Break Ground on Bethesda Apartments

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC and Partners Group have initiated the construction of a new apartment building at 7340 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, MD, revitalizing a neglected site.

Designed by SK&I Architecture and JGNA, the community will offer 301 residences, including 46 Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDUs), featuring studios to three-bedroom layouts with penthouse units on upper floors. Residents will enjoy amenities like a speakeasy, rooftop pool, and fitness center.

“7340 Wisconsin Ave presents the unique opportunity to transform a forlorn site in the heart of Bethesda into a boutique project befitting of its trophy location, direct access to mass transit, top public schools and exceptional demographics,” said John Clarkson, managing director of development at Greystar. The project plans to deliver initial units by Q4 2025 and complete the construction by early 2026.
