Emergency Skills Signs New Lease in Chelsea 

Emergency Skills Inc., an AED programs and emergency response training company, has signed a 10-year lease for 5,011 square feet at 305 Seventh Ave in Chelsea, relocating from nearby 352 Seventh Ave. GFP Real Estate facilitated the lease, with Barbara Yagoda representing the landlord and Connor Hollenbaugh and Jenna Palumbo of Cushman & Wakefield representing the tenant. 

The space at 305 Seventh Ave. will serve as Emergency Skills Inc.’s general and executive offices. With over 40 years of experience, the company offers AED implementation and management services, aiming to foster lasting relationships by prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering superior service at competitive rates.  

Constructed in 1920, 305 Seventh Ave stands as a commercial co-op in Chelsea, renowned for its galleries and opposite the Fashion Institute of Technology. Transportation options include proximity to various subway lines, LIRR, Amtrak, and Penn Station.
