23-Acre Winchester Industrial Land Changes Hand

ZM Sheet Metal has sold 23 acres of industrial land in Winchester, Va. The undisclosed sale includes a development deal for a new 160,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, set to employ 300 workers.

“Mindful of our company’s steadfast growth aspirations, our choice to secure this land springs from the vision of erecting a purpose-built facility that will serve as the bedrock of our long-term expansion,” says Tyler Zivic, president of ZM Sheet Metal.

Originally contracted for speculative industrial buildings, the site fit ZM’s quest for nearby land. Scott Rabin of KLNB representing the buyer.
