Peak Properties Takes Over Leasing for Ravenswood MF Building

Peak Properties, LLC and Peak Realty have been selected to take over management and leasing for 19 units in a vintage Ravenswood property.

“We’re very proud to be trusted to manage and lease this property that’s been meticulously cared for by one family for three generations,” says Mike Zucker, managing partner of Peak Properties. “The classic vintage features and well-positioned location make this a top urban rental option.”

Located at 2338-2348 W. Wilson Avenue, the property offers an array of one- and two-bedroom units as well as den apartments with original vintage detail and is steps from the “L” and bustling Lincoln Avenue corridor. Founded by Mike Zucker in 1998, Peak Properties is a full-service, privately held management and investment firm. Peak Realty is a boutique, full-service real estate brokerage firm specializing in Chicago’s and Denver’s neighborhoods.
