Somerville Union Ave Plaza Sold for $4M 

SNS Real Estate Investment Group has sold Union Avenue Plaza in Somerville, New Jersey, for $3.5 million.  

The property, situated at 21-29 Union Ave, spans 20,866 square feet and serves as a retail center with eight fully occupied tenants. Anchored by the New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles, which has operated there since the 1980s, the plaza boasts proximity to major highways like Interstate 287, US-22, and 202.  

Hyldahl and Alan Cafiero of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, an individual/personal trust.
