Oklahoma-Based TruCore Investments Acquires Florida Industrial Park Property
TruCore Investments, a commercial real estate investment company headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has acquired a two-building, 77,845-square-foot campus within Ellyson Industrial Park in Pensacola, Florida. This acquisition in Pensacola is aligned with our bespoke investment strategy in the Class B Industrial sector,” said Zach Harris, TruCore Investments managing director and partner.
Completed in 1996 and 2016 on roughly eight acres, the Class B asset is a combination of heavy industrial and outdoor storage yard. Spanning two buildings located at 3301 and 3329 Bill Metzger Lane, the buildings comprise 77,845 square feet. The campus features a 30-foot maximum clear height, two dock-high doors and four grade-level doors.
The property has been occupied by sole tenant Jupiter Bach, a global manufacturer of nacelle and spinner covers for both off- and on-shore turbines, for more than 15 years and serves as their North American headquarters.
