LGE Wraps Up $60M Mesquite Business Park Project
Design-build construction firm LGE Design Build (LGE), alongside developer Creation and Crow Holdings have completed Mesquite 635, a 555,790-square-foot industrial development in Mesquite. The estimated cost for the project was $65 million.
Situated on 38 acres, Mesquite 635 is located just 12 minutes from Downtown Dallas at the crossroads of Interstate 635 and U.S. 80. Designed and built by LGE, construction on the project started in January 2022 and features three buildings, each with 32′ clear height and Class-A office space. The facility boasts 110 trailer spaces and 116 dock doors to accommodate efficient logistics and distribution. Stream Realty is handling the leasing of the project.
Aesthetically, the Mesquite 635 project reflects LGE’s signature bold and modern architectural design. Given its high-profile location at the intersection of two major highways and its proximity to a residential neighborhood, every design aspect was considered.
Currently, LGE has 3,808,057 square feet of active projects within the state, totaling more than $285 million.
