Smalltown Canton Site for 252-Unit Rental Community

Madison Communities has broken ground on Madison Canton, a garden-style multifamily community in metro Atlanta. Madison Canton will have 252 units anchored by amenities, including a clubhouse and fitness center with a cyber lounge and flexible workspaces. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool and deck with grilling stations, a dog park, a dog wash and pickleball courts.

Approximately 40 miles north of Atlanta, the project site at the intersection of Marietta Road and Jackie Moore Lane offers convenient access to Highway 20 and I-575, which connect to everything Georgia’s capital city has to offer. The location is near Downtown Canton’s historic restaurants, bars and local retailers. The town’s population went from 22,900 to 32,900 in the last ten years.

The project, to be built by BenCo Construction, an affiliate of Madison Capital Group, is anticipated to complete its first units in the second quarter of 2025.
