Shawmut Builds 20K-SF Restaurants, Bar in Boston
Shawmut Design and Construction has recently completed three restaurants for Garrett Harker in Boston, including the reimagined Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks, All That Fish + Oyster, and Equal Measure.
Situated within Fenway’s Bower development, the new Eastern Standard, alongside the two additional concepts, spans 20,000 square feet. Eastern Standard’s homage to its original location features a long marble bar. All That Fish + Oyster draws inspiration from New England’s oyster shacks with wood finishes and an open kitchen. Equal Measure is a 4,000-square-foot cocktail bar with a private dining room.
Shawmut built out the space to create Harker’s two new restaurants, cocktail bar and the café set to open in 2024.
