KDC Buys Westminster Retail Portfolio for $5M

Maryland-based KDC Group has made an acquisition in Westminster, Carroll County, purchasing the 901 and 909 Baltimore Boulevard properties for over $4.5 million. These properties, totaling over 50,000 square feet, are nearly fully leased.

901 Baltimore Boulevard comprises a 4,500-square-foot retail building housing Sherwin-Williams. Meanwhile, 909 Baltimore Boulevard offers warehouse and office space, accommodating tenants like Knorr Brake Company and RMG Trading. The latter features a shared office component, known as the Carroll Innovation Center, hosting various professional services and health-related companies.

Dennis Boyle of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated the deal, representing both the sellers and the buyer. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services will oversee the remaining leasing activities for the properties, expecting full occupancy soon.
