Michael Colacino Joins JLL to Lead Tri-State Brokerage
JLL has appointed Michael Colacino as president of the Tri-State Brokerage. Colacino will be based in Manhattan and will lead corporate brokerage and report to Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of New York Region at JLL, and work in partnership with Stephen Schlegel, chief operating officer for New York Tri-State.
With 30+ years in commercial real estate, including roles at Savills and SquareFoot, Colacino brings extensive expertise in tenant representation and technological advancements. At Savills Studley, he spearheaded landmark deals such as Time Warner’s relocation to key New York locations.
