MedStar Signs 20K SF at Annapolis 

MedStar Medical Group has leased 19,739 square feet in the 810 Bestgate Road building in Annapolis, MD, reaching full occupancy. This expansion adds to MedStar’s existing 31,000 square feet.  

MedStar Health had earlier broadened its orthopedics and gastroenterology practices in this space and plans to open a surgery center in March 2024, focusing on orthopedics, gastroenterology, and vascular procedures. 810 Bestgate Road is part of a two-building development comprised of 128,000 square feet of commercial office space. The LEED Gold-certified building features 25,000 square foot floor plates and free parking. 

The landlord, represented by Stephanie Caronna of St. John Properties, facilitated the lease, while Paige Wingate and Matt Sullivan of Cushman & Wakefield represented MedStar.
