Colliers Hires Industrial Team in North Central Region

Colliers has hired Andy Lubinski as vice chair, Aaron Whitmore as associate vice president, Ethan Haglund as senior associate and Just Felix as a transaction manager. Lubinski will oversee multistate site selection, tenant representation, and disposition projects.

He and the team specialize in major industrial properties in secondary markets, along with projects in the food production and climate-controlled warehousing sectors. Lubinski will also lead an initiative to enhance Colliers’ industrial presence in North Dakota and Iowa.

Lubinski brings more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently at CBRE. He has successfully concluded transactions exceeding 30 million square feet since 2015.
