CBRE Adds Retail Leasing Team from JLL in West LA

A three-person retail leasing team has joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services practice in West Los Angeles to bolster the firm’s presence in the sector. They have joined CBRE from JLL and will focus on representing both landlords and tenants in the leasing of high-street retail property.

The team is led by Houman Mahboubi (pictured), who joins CBRE as an SVP. It includes first VP Greg Briest and VP Marisa Renfro.

“Houman, Greg and Marisa are well-respected, top-producing leaders in the Los Angeles retail real estate market, and I am thrilled to welcome them to CBRE,” said Andrew Ratner, executive managing director, CBRE West Los Angeles. “The addition of this team complements our retail real estate practice and further expands the scope of strategic advice we provide to our clients across the sector.”
