Lee & Associates Represents Nova Medical Products in 92K SF Lease

Lee & Associates negotiated a 91,956-square-foot lease on behalf of Nova Medical Products at 410 Smoke Tree Plaza in North Aurora, Illinois. 

Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, Nova Medical Products, a manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment products such as canes, crutches, transport chairs, and scooters. John Whitehead and Jack Brennan of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, TradeLane Properties. 

Construction on the new Class A industrial facility is set to finish in Q2 2024. It is located in the Park 88 Logistics Center with immediate access to I-88 via Route 31. Nova is relocating from McCook and will occupy 55 percent of the 165,928-square-foot building in a long-term lease.
