IOV Nears Completion on Trumpet Park Facility
Construction of the first phase of Industrial Outdoor Ventures’ Trumpet Park spec development in Zion, Illinois, is progressing at a pace that will have the new industrial service facility available for occupancy in early 2024. Chris Volkert, Ned Frank and Pat Hake, all members of Colliers International in Chicago, are the exclusive marketing representatives for IOV.
The first phase of IOV’s Trumpet Park spec development, 700 Trumpet Park Drive, which is part of a larger $35 million project, is on a 9-acre parcel adjacent to the FedEx Freight Terminal west of Green Bay Road and 9th Street.
Construction on the first phase includes an 11,440-square-foot maintenance and service facility and a paved parking area that will feature 180 stalls. “It’s exciting to be approximately 90 days from the completion of the first phase of Trumpet Park and our first ground-up development in Illinois,” said Rob Chase, director of construction and properties at IOV.
