Northrop Grumman Renews Full-Campus Lease

Drawbridge Realty, an investor in operationally important corporate facilities nationwide, has renewed Northrop Grumman’s full-campus lease at Spectrum Corporate Center in San Diego. The global aerospace and defense technology company has been the only occupant of the 182,870-square-foot, three-building campus since it was constructed in 2005.

Spectrum Corporate Center is located in the Kearny Mesa submarket of Central San Diego, with access to Interstates 15, 805, 8 and 5 along with Highways 52 and 163. Drawbridge acquired the campus in 2015.

JLL represented both the landlord and tenant in leasing negotiations. This brings Drawbridge’s portfolio-wide leasing activity to more than half a million square feet so far this year.
