Leander BTR Homes Ready by Summer

Construction on build-to-rent homes in Bryson, a master-planned, mixed-use community in Leander, is now underway and expected to be completed by midsummer. Located near the intersection of 183A and San Gabriel Parkway, the Bryson community will soon offer 155 build-to-rent homes. Over a thousand single-family fee-simple homes have already been built. Construction on the rental section began in the spring. Johnson Development is overseeing the project.

Amenities in Bryson include playgrounds, covered pavilions, event lawns, a pool and a dog park. While the two sections have separate amenities, they can still be shared.

Another element of Bryson’s master plan is Broadstone Bryson, a 306-unit apartment complex situated in front of the neighborhood. Construction on Broadstone Bryson was completed in the spring, and amenities range from a fitness center to private office pods.

The commercial component of Bryson is now under construction. No tenant announcements have been made.
