Optima Tax Relief Commits to 38K SF in Santa Ana

Barker Pacific Group (BPG) said Monday that Optima Tax Relief signed a 40-month lease of 38,090 square feet at Griffin Towers in Santa Ana. The office property is located at the intersection of the 405 and 55 freeways, minutes from John Wayne Airport.

“The property is well-located, and we’re excited for Optima to enjoy everything Griffin Towers offers,” said Michael Barker, managing director of BPG. “We are encouraged to have this new leasing activity at the project and it bodes well for companies returning to office after the pandemic.”

Craig Kish and Richard Sung of Newmark are the tenant representatives for Optima. Dean Chandler, Justin Hill, Peter Wells, and Taylor Friend of CBRE are the leasing team for Griffin Towers. BPG will direct property management with an onsite management team.
