McLellan Company Makes First Sacramento Acquisition

Colliers Capital Markets arranged the sale of 3689 Industrial Blvd. in West Sacramento for owner Investcorp/Bendetti. The 302,500-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution property was purchased by The McLellan Company as its first acquisition in the Sacramento market.

Brad Idleman, Kevin Moul, Bob Gilley and Andy Zighelboim of Colliers Capital Markets represented both the seller and the buyer. The sale price wasn’t disclosed.

“In these times of increasing rates, uncertain market conditions and as speculation of the future continues, many investors are currently recalibrating their focus for investments both near and long-term,” said Idleman. “Assets in great locations with certainty of income provide long-term stability and cashflow. In this particular instance, we were able to bring a first-time buyer to the market in an effort to elevate their portfolio.”

Originally built in 1974, the property has been updated with multiple renovations since 2018.
