Related Group Heading Up Miami Condo Project

Related Group, in partnership with Alta Developers, has started work on Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, a condominium tower totaling 319 units in downtown Miami’s Arts and Cultural District.

The architect in charge is Arquitectonica, while B&B Italia is the interior designer. The high-rise development already has over 80 percent of its units in contract. 

Located at 1400 Biscayne Blvd., the 56-story condominium tower will include one- to four-bedroom units. The residences will feature master bathrooms with porcelain flooring and powder rooms.

The outdoor amenity package will include a pool deck with Italian-inspired gardens designed by landscape architect Enzo Enea, a luxury spa, a swimming pool with a poolside bar and a café, private cabanas and a pickleball court.

Earlier in May, Related Group also commenced construction on a luxury condo project in Pompano Beach, Fla. Casamar Residences will be a 21-story development totaling 119 units, with completion scheduled for 2025.
