Time Equities, Gordian Knot Acquire Seattle Apartment Complex
Time Equities, Inc. (TEI), a New York-based real estate firm, along with Gordian Knot Investments (GKI), has acquired Mirabella Apartments, a 40,400-square-foot mixed-use residential complex in Seattle, Washington. The property is located at 4250 Aurora Ave N and was sold by Gibraltar USA.
TEI and Gordian Knot were represented by TEI’s Jonathan Dulberg and Keaton Baum, as well as GKI’s Mathew Ricci and Deba Ricci. Gibraltar was represented in-house by Natalia Beran. The deal marks TEI’s second multifamily acquisition in Seattle, Washington, since 2021, both of which have been with local joint venture partner Gordian Knot Investments.
Built in 1997, the Mirabella, composed of two buildings, includes 44 apartments. Plans for upgrades to the property include a renovation of the building’s exterior, re-activating interior spaces, and adding additional amenities to the roof deck.
Located in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, Mirabella is centrally located near North Lake Union, home to top tech employers including Google, Adobe, Amazon and Meta.
