Faris Lee Lists High-Yield Student Housing Portfolio in WI

Faris Lee Investments, an Irvine-based retail advisory and investment sales firm, has listed for sale a high-yield, low-risk portfolio comprising 12 properties totaling 22 units. The properties are all located in the college town of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

The portfolio boasts a variety of property types, including eight single-family homes, two duplexes, a four-plex, and a six-plex, all strategically located within one block of each other. Oshkosh, a busy and high-traffic college town, is home to the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (UWO), the third-largest university in the state. The campus has an enrollment of over 16,410 students.

“The robust demand from UWO students has driven the impressive historical occupancy record of this portfolio,” said Matt Brook, managing director at Faris Lee. “With a prime location less than a three-minute walk from the UWO campus, these properties have consistently maintained a 100 percent occupancy rate, making this an outstanding investment opportunity.”
