Manufacturing Co. Inks 50K SF Lease with Entre Commercial
Entre Commercial has leased a 50,000-square-foot building at 1225 Karl Court in Wauconda, Illinois. The tenant is Cherokee Manufacturing, a multinational company headquartered in Minnesota that has produced high-quality erosion control products and nursery supplies since the 1940s.
Brian Bocci, SIOR of Entre Commercial Realty, represented the landlord, and Joe Karmin, SIOR of Transwestern, represented the tenant. Entre was able to procure a tenant quickly after listing the property. The free-standing building features 30’ clear, six exterior docks, and one drive-in door.
Cherokee Manufacturing imports products from seven countries in Asia and Europe and also specializes in burlap, twine, bamboo tree stakes, agricultural bags, and geotextiles. The Wauconda location marks the company’s tenth warehouse nationwide and will support the distribution of products.
