Viking Partners Scores Kane County Retail Center

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Randall Square in Geneva, IL. The 226,029-square-foot center was sold to Cincinnati-based Viking Partners for an undisclosed amount, reportedly $31.1 million.

Randall Square’s tenant line-up includes Marshalls, Michaels, Ulta, Old Navy, PetSmart, Men’s Wearhouse and others. Located in Kane County, the center serves an affluent customer base in the western suburbs of Chicago with over 113,000 residents within a five-mile radius earning an average household income of $150,000.

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation principals Joe Girardi, Rick Drogosz and Ben Wineman were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree.
