The Federative Republic of Brazil signed a 10.5-year lease for 16,477 square feet at 6222 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles' Miracle Mile neighborhood

Decron Adds Two Tenants to 6222 Wilshire Roster

Decron Properties signed lease agreements with two new tenants at 6222 Wilshire Blvd., its Class A office building in Los Angeles. The 86,736-square-foot building is now 92% leased.

In the larger of the two leases, Brazil’s Consulate General in Los Angeles will occupy the greater than 16,000-square-foot penthouse of the six-story building under a 10.5-year lease. Separately, Hanger Clinic, a leading provider of orthotic and prosthetic care, signed an eight-year lease agreement for approximately 4,000 square feet.

“Decron Properties made a multimillion-dollar investment in the building common areas, including a major renovation of the main lobby with new contemporary finishes,” said JLL’s Micheal Geller. “Tenants are reacting positively to the new look at 6222 Wilshire.”

Geller and JLL’s Ben Silver and Greg Astor represented Decron in both transactions. Kidder Mathews’ Brian M. Dunne and Don Hudson and CBRE’s Stan Gerlach represented Brazil. Cushman & Wakefield’s John Doyle represented Hanger.
