Integra Expands SoCal Footprint with LA, OC Offices

Integra Realty Resources (IRR), one of North America’s largest independent commercial real estate valuation and consulting firms, is expanding in Southern California. With established offices in Sacramento, San Francisco and San Diego, the company has opened doors in West Los Angeles and Orange County.

The new offices are located at 12100 Wilshire Blvd. in West LA and 4695 MacArthur Ct. in Newport Beach. Eric Segal serves as the senior managing director of IRR-Los Angeles, while Lance Jordan holds the equivalent position for IRR-Orange County. They’re bolstered by managing director Liani Moore, who, in addition to the San Francisco Bay area, has been focused on serving the Los Angeles Metro market for the past decade.

“We take immense pride in the caliber of our teams and services,” said Segal. “We deeply value our client relationships and look forward to better serving their broader needs across the state and beyond.”
