ASL Productions Inks Full-Floor Lease in Midtown  

ASL Productions has signed a 7,456-square-foot lease at 320 West 37th Street in Midtown. The full-service production company will occupy the entire 10th floor.  

ASL Productions is a modern video and photography production space in New York, offering two video production studios, one podcast studio, and support rooms. The building at 320 West 37th Street is a 15-story, 125,800-square-foot office and retail property. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Lebenstein and Jack McCann represented the tenant in the transaction, while the landlord, Sioni Group, was represented by LSL Advisor’s Daniel Lolai and Michael Hymowitz.
