STTC Buys NJ Industrial Building for $21M

Service Truck Tire Center (STTC) has bought a 67,355-square-foot warehouse/industrial property located at 1900 Lower Rd., Linden, New Jersey., for $21 million.

The property, situated on over six acres with direct access to U.S. Route 1, features an all-concrete-block facade, ample parking, multiple loading areas, and newly renovated office space with a rooftop solar system. STTC plans to renovate the property for its future growth initiatives.

Christopher Galiano of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. exclusively represented the buyer in the transaction. “As a long-time important logistics hub given its strategic location on the East Coast, the Elizabeth/Linden industrial submarket and its warehouse/distribution assets stand out for their consistent, strong performance – which is exactly what attracts and retains companies like STTC,” said Galiano.
