SCA Buys Queens Industrial Property for $18M 

Rubies Costume Company has sold an industrial property located at 120-08, 120-30 Jamaica Avenue, and 87-14 121st Street, in Richmond Hill, Queens for $18 million to NYC School Construction Authority. 

The property encompasses a 33,000-square-foot parcel of land with a mix of industrial, retail, and warehouse spaces totaling 41,000 square feet. Stretching across an entire city block, the property boasts 517 feet of wraparound frontage. 

Adelaide Polsinelli of Compass, in collaboration with Michael Cardillo, orchestrated the sale. The purchaser was represented by Richard Eaddy of Savills, along with Joseph Byrnes and Ira Schuman.
