DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill Signs Fifth Chicago-Area Lease

Lee & Associates has negotiated the lease for a 2,477-square-foot end-cap unit located at 501 E. Algonquin Road in Algonquin, Illinois.  

Rick Scardino, principal, and Michael Petrik, an associate, represented the landlord, Zurich Partners, LLC. Chuck Whitlock of Baum Realty Group represented the tenant, DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill, a rapidly growing, Tennessee-based fast-casual restaurant chain. DosBros also has locations at 800 N. Milwaukee Avenue,3944 N. Sheridan Road, 629 N Wells Street, and 1521 Ogden Avenue in Aurora. The restaurant chain features gluten-free and vegan options as well as locally sourced ingredients.

According to Petrik, “This will be a useful re-purposing of a former convenience store in this strip center. DosBros is a fresh and exciting new concept making its way into the Chicago area. We are very proud to have worked with this group and their broker to bring a great new restaurant option to Algonquin.”
