30 Montgomery Street in Jersey City Signs Six Leases 

30 Montgomery Street in Jersey City has signed six leases totaling 21,737 square feet. This included both new leases and renewals with tenants such as Schuman Hanlon, Hudsonpoint, Specialty Rondot, Behrman Cesa Communications, Chori, and Morgan and Morgan.  

30 Montgomery Street is a 15-story, Class A office building spanning 315,385 square feet with a range of on-site amenities and access to public transportation.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis and Mina Shehata represented the landlord, American Realty Advisors.
