Sports Bar Coming to Crypto.com Arena’s Neighborhood

A new sports bar is coming to the ground floor of the recently opened Moxy/AC Hotels development across from Crypto.com Arena and the LA Convention Center in downtown Los Angeles. Locally based 33 Taps has leased 7,921 square feet on the ground floor of the 727-key hotel project at 1240 S. Figueroa St. in DTLA’s South Park neighborhood.

Kennedy Wilson Brokerage EVP and director of retail Lee Shapiro and VP Justin Weiss represented the landlord, The Lightstone Group.

“People might assume that Crypto.com Arena and the L.A. Convention Center are surrounded by sports bars, but it’s really not the case,” said Weiss. “Lightstone’s incredible project will now have an experienced ground-floor operator with a strong local following to serve event attendees, hotel guests and the entire South Park neighborhood.”

Connect Retail West will provide in-person insights from experts in retail ownership, investment, finance and leasing, all on Nov. 16 at the Luxe Sunset Blvd Hotel in Los Angeles. Click here to register.
