SJPI Promotes Doug Littleton to Director, Interior Construction
St. John Properties has promoted Doug Littleton to director of Interior Construction. Littleton, who has been with the company since 2010, was previously senior project manager of Interior Construction.
Littleton has over 22 years of construction management experience. In his new role, he will continue overseeing tenant build-out activities in St. John Properties’ business communities in the greater Baltimore region. This involves managing construction staff, budgeting, scheduling, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
“Doug is an extremely dependable professional with a strong track record of executing complex and challenging tenant build-out activities on time and on budget, as well as meeting the varied objectives of our clients,” stated Tom Nelson, St. John Properties’ vice president of Interior Construction.
