Boutique Law Firm Inks Livingston Office Building 

A.Y. Strauss has signed a lease agreement for 10,728 square feet of space at The Eisenhower, a Class A office building in Livingston, New Jersey, owned by Eastman Companies.  

The tenant is a boutique law firm specializing in various legal fields including commercial real estate transactions, construction, labor and employment, commercial litigation, franchise law, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters. The Eisenhower offers amenities including a recently renovated lobby, 220-seat auditorium, cafeteria, parking deck and fitness center.  

CBRE’s team, including Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey, and Erin Wenzler, managed the leasing process, working closely with Eric Maurer at Eastman Companies.
