Trio of investors proposing 20-story Miami office building

Joint Venture Planning 20-Story Miami Office Highrise

Last year, Integra Investments, TriStar Captial and Lndmrk Development paid $23 million for an acre at 3601 N. Miami Ave. The South Florida Business Journal reports the three have proposed a 20-story office building on the south side of Interstate 195. A city planning agency will review the project later this week.

Under the proposal, the building would total 448,817 square feet, with 199,048 square feet of office space, 11,438 square feet of commercial space and 642 parking spaces, with 137 spaces ready for electric vehicle charging. Miami-based Arquitectonica designed the project.

The ground floor would have 4,196 square feet of retail. The office space would start on the eighth floor. Four of the office floors would have terraces. There would be a fitness center on the 19th floor and an amenity deck on the 20th floor featuring a full-service restaurant and an outdoor garden.
